How to Delete Your Trukren Account

Owner Admins, Dispatchers, and Drivers can each delete their own account directly within the app — no need to contact support. Owner Admins can also permanently delete their entire company account.

Delete Your Individual Account

Applies to Owner Admins, Dispatchers, and Drivers — each user can delete their own account directly from the app.

Steps
  1. Open the Trukren app and go to More
  2. Tap Login & Security
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

What happens:

  • Your personal profile data (name, contact info, credentials) is permanently removed.
  • Your identity is anonymized in past trip and order records — this preserves accurate records for other parties involved (e.g. shippers, carriers) while removing your personal data.
  • Accounts with active orders cannot be deleted until those orders are completed or reassigned.

Permanently Delete a Company Account

Available to Owner Admins only. This is different from suspending a company profile, which is reversible and can be resumed anytime from Settings.

Steps
  1. Open the Trukren app and go to More
  2. Tap Company Profile
  3. Tap Manage Account
  4. Tap Deactivate Account
  5. Confirm the deactivation

What happens:

  • All users' and vehicles' data tied to the company is permanently deleted.
  • This action cannot be undone.
