  • Usage Analytics: Pages viewed, features used, session duration, timestamps
  • Log Data: IP address, browser type, referring page, access times

3. GPS Tracking & Location Privacy

GPS tracking in Trukren is active only during active deliveries. Here's how it works:

  • When Tracking Is Active: The driver's real-time location is shared with dispatch and the vehicle owner only while a delivery is marked as "Active" in the system.
  • When Tracking Stops: Location sharing stops immediately when the driver completes the delivery or goes off-duty. No background tracking occurs.
  • Privacy First: Drivers are always aware when location tracking is active (indicated by an on-screen status).

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with payment processing, analytics, hosting, and support
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request
  • Business Transfers: In the event of merger, acquisition, or asset sale
  • With Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information
